Hi Sweaty Athlete

I am back! After a two month hiatus due to health problems (which I will discuss in a later post), I am back in the training groove.

Tonight’s training plan consisted of 4×400 intervals to work on speed but due to the heat, I only completed three of them before I felt like I could not breathe.

I gotta admit, though…

it felt good to sweat!

I have missed my sweaty self.
